Anisetta Rosati is drink made in the second half of the nineteenth century.

The seeds are grown in the hills of Piceno suspended between sea and mountains, in a sunny, well-drained fertile soil refreshed by the breeze of the Sibillini mountains, hand-picked by skilled farmers, with the addition of other Mediterranean spices, make dell'anisetta Rosati a low sugar content liqueur, very pleasing to the palate, in the digestive environment, refreshing temperature with ice, three coffee beans and two drops of lemon.
